The Buford Bailey Track Club is an elite track and field organization based in austin, texas, dedicated to developing sprinters and hurdlers to compete at the highest level in the sport: The olympics and the world championships.
Leadership
The club is led by Tonja Buford-Bailey, a distinguished three-time Olympian and bronze medalist in the 400 meter hurdles. After a successful 17-year collegiate coaching career at the University of Illinois and the University of Texas, she transitioned to coaching professional athletics, founding TBBTC in 2019.
